You can know about Jesus

But can you always to him be true?

 

It's so easy to simply go to church

and on Sunday just to play the part

But truly serving Jesus everyday

Sincerely from your heart

 

Is the only way to defeat Satan

Otherwise your faith will be weak

and when temptation comes your way

It won't be the way of God you seek.

 

Stay strong in your faith

As a soldier in preparation for war

Yes, there will be persecution

But also realize that God keeps score.

 

And you will be rewarded

For all your efforts for what you have done

To present the truth of the gospel

And tell of the wonders of Jesus, God's son.

 

Someday in heaven

as you meet people there

They will thank you for your witness

and your willingness to share.
