What is the secret of contentment in this life?
Even when you are experiencing incredible strife.
It's knowing whose you are, a child of the living God.
Being in contentment today, will make you to some, odd.
What is your opinion of you today?
Listen to what your inner voice has to say.
Is it telling you that you are blessed and a winner?
Or is it telling you that you are a loser and a sinner?
We are all here for a reason on this earth, it's true.
Do you know your God assignment given to you?
Many don't understand that we are a gift to others.
We have what others need for our sisters and brothers.
NEVERTHELESS is our word of the day.
This is the word to utter when there seems no way.
When things look impossible, what do I do?
If things look overwhelming right now, this is for you.
Has life lately given you some tough times too?
Did some things not go right for you?
Are you hurting today and in pain?
Here's some important advice, stay in the game.
We all know that our words can pollute or purify.
They can create joy, forgiveness or make someone cry.
If you habitually gripe or complain day after day,
Your attitude is telling you, there's no other way.
One of the biggest secret sins in the church today
It is not something that is not something we say.
No this is something that is kept quiet and not talked about.
It is something that the enemy uses that has real clout.
This is my daily prayer. Jesus as I come to you each day
Please give me your guidance and direction along the way.
Without your wisdom, guidance and favor I'll fail.
You even know my thoughts, it's like you're reading my mail.
God has something great in store for me and you.
Something so fantastic we can't comprehend it, it's true.
God wants us to excel in this life and be a blessing now.
We don't know the details, only God knows when and how.
It is said the healthiest of all human emotions is gratitude.
Expressing a gratitude attitude will put you in a good mood.
A positive attitude will result in an uplifting day.
So be careful with your thoughts and what you say.
If we could only realize who's we are today.
We could hold our head up high everyday.
So many of us look at all our sins and mistakes.
We look at others that look better and yet they're fakes.
Don't worry about what people say about you.
Some people are not going to like what you say and do.
Some people are like sandpaper, to you they're always rough.
These are the ones you must love from a distance, that's enough.
How would you grade yourself as a Christian today?.
If God were to ask you this would would you say?
Many want to be better and stronger in some way.
Not many of us, unfortunately would reply I'm an "A".
Thank you Lord for allowing me to be a Christian today,
I want to make my time count during this brief stay.
I was placed here for this time to accomplish a goal.
To also be a witness and a testimony to another soul.
Ever feel like or know someone that did you wrong is my question today?
Maybe a trusted friend or family member or in some other nasty way
Wanted to get even with you because of your success.
They wanted to embarrass or hurt you and make your life a mess.
Who are you going to make smile today?
If it's God you'll be blessed, if it's the enemy, you'll pay.
Everyday we can choose blessings from God,
Or choose to make Satan smile and get his devilish nod.
Don't let that dream within you die.
God's telling you to give it one more try.
Maybe the timing wasn't right before.
But it is right now, success is at the door.
How do you handle gossip is our poem today?
When you hear some juicy gossip what do you say?
It so easy to get involved and give them a piece of your mind.
That's not God's way, he wants us to be protective and kind.
Draining the swamp in Washington DC
Is going to be very difficult I agree.
The swamp isn't anything new.
They want to destroy me and you.
Most of us today use a GPS to get us to our destination.
It, as you know, is designed to get us anywhere in the nation.
We can follow it's advice and get there without stress.
Or we can ignore the lady on the GPS and get into a mess.
I want each of us to experience a fresh anointing today.
This is something you get from the Lord when you ask and pray.
It's that something very special, that allows you to do things well.
To accomplish goals and dreams that seem impossible, I'm here to tell.
