I'm in bed with the flu.
I haven't had this for a long time, how about you?
Just think when we get to heaven it's true
There is no sickness, pain, so what will we do?
We will have the best health forevermore
No more doctors, drugstores to keep score
Of our prescriptions and medications for sure
We will be with the great physician whom we adore.
How will we spend our days always feeling good
This is how the Lord made us and we should
Always take good care of our earthly body now
By eating and drinking the good food that's how.
And don't forget to exercise to help you stay fit
Some folks do all the wrong things and then just sit
Be energetic get up and move the best you can
I know so folks are handicapped so get a plan
Get the plan from your doctor or nurse
Inactivity will just speed up the hearse
Do what you can while your here on earth
And enjoy your life for all you're worth.
