Help me Lord just today
With what I do, think and say.
Help me that I won’t go astray
This today Lord is what I pray.

When temptations come and they will
Help me to resist and not pay that bill
If I spend time with the Lord and be still
I will hear from heaven and wait until

I know that what I am doing is right
Then I can with sleep good tonight
I know the devil will tempt but I will fight
But at the name of Jesus put him to flight.

So this is my prayer for today and tomorrow
If I stay close to the Lord I won’t sorrow
For the things that I know was wrong
With Jesus help and guidance I will remain strong.
