As watched the Pasadena Rose Parade today

And listened to what the announcer had to say.

He talked about all the floats and effort it took

And then he wished them all “Good Luck”

 

Thank God I don’t worry about luck now

The reason is that the Lord taught me how

I realize that all good things come from God

To many non believers this would be considered odd.

 

God adopts Christians into his family forever more.

He doesn’t kick them out when they sin, I’ve told you this before.

We all sin sometimes everyday, so be relieved

God knew us all before we were born, even conceived.

 

He knew what He was getting and adopted us anyway

Thank God if we repent and confess our sins He’ll forgive everyday.

Some believe you can loose your Salvation if you sin

They will tell you how, why and when.

 

But Jesus died on the cross for all our sins on that day.

He didn’t die for certain selected sins as THEY say.

Thank God we don’t need to live in fear like they do

Just live your life as a Child of God and always be true.
