Some of us mature citizens remember the song,
“Everything is up to date in Kansas City”
They’ve gone about as far as they can go”.
Well it applies to us and how we’ve gone so wrong

Just think of all the things that are going on now.
Sometimes I scratch my head and ask, how”
Then I remember what we’ve allowed the ungodly to do
They’ve even been trying to get God out of me and you.

They tell our younger generation the Bible isn’t true
That some of the despicable Bible sins are OK to do
False religions are promoting their programs more today
They change the words of their bible and what it has to say.

Yes we are now in the end times before Christ’s return
God loves us all and to live for Jesus today he yearns.
Take an inventory of your life right now and see
If your life is pleasing to God. Would Jesus agree?
