This is the day, the Lord has made for me and you.
So let us be glad today, in all that we say and do.
We are ambassadors, assigned to do the work of God.
We are considered unique people, even sometimes odd.

We all have a job to do, a task assigned to each.
Some are here to help others, while some are charged to teach,
so we can be a blessing, for all the world to reach.
And, since this world needs Godly coaching, some are anointed to preach.

What special gift do you have, do you even know?
When you do the will of God, your blessings start to flow!
I pray that the Holy Spirit will reveal your gift to you.
Then do it with gusto, and to Jesus always be true.

The time is short, for the Lord to return for His own.
I can almost feel Him getting ready, to dismount His throne.
To make the trip to earth, to gather all of us believers.
And, to expose and judge, all the demonic deceivers.
