Discouragement and Fear Are Always Nearby

Discouragement and fear are always nearby.

They won't leave you, no matter how hard you try.

We can, however, take authority over them now.

The word of God, the Holy Bible, teaches us how.

Satan, our enemy, uses discouragement as a tool.

Another trick of the enemy is fear and wanting to fool.

Fool you into saying something stupid and rash.

He can make you miserable with your words of trash.

Yes! Words of trash can ruin your day.

That's why it is so important to always watch what you say.

You get to choose the words you utter, good or bad.

Creating the worst or maybe best day, you've ever had.

We can always find things to complain about it's true.

The enemy will always look for faults in what you say and do.

If you are happy, blessed and enjoying the day,

You can be sure the enemy won't be that far away.

So, do as Joshua and other bible heroes of the faith did back then.

They were all faced with incredible discouraging trials, but when,

The enemy was trying to create fear and doing his best,

They spoke words of encouragement and faith and passed the test.
