Today’s poem will make many angry and upset.
Some poems I really don’t want to write, and yet,
I must obey what the Lord has imparted to me.
Many, if not most, will not with this poem agree.

What is the word the Lord God told me to tell.
It’s ‘denominationalism’ it's what the Devils sell..
It has divided the Christian community for many years.
I’m sure God has grieved and wept many tears.

Remember the Lords prayer and what it has to say
“Thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven” that's God's way.
In heaven there will be no denominations there
As long as you’re a true ‘born again’ Christian no one cares

No there won’t be a Baptist, Methodist or a Lutheran section
Not even Pentecostal, Jewish or many others I failed to mention
Up there we will all be together praising the Lord for all we are worth
The way, I'm sure, the Lord wanted it down here on earth.
