Today is Good Friday, Easter Sunday is coming very soon.

Today is Good Friday,  Easter Sunday is coming very soon.

It's when Jesus was crucified and Satan thought that it was His doom.

But on that Easter Sunday morning when Christ arose from the dead.

That's when Satan and death and hell had been defeated, instead.

There could be no Easter Sunday without Good Friday it's true.

And for us to realize Christ died that day for me and you.

He took upon himself all the horrendous sins of the world that day.

In the natural we might not understand it and say how or no way.

On Good Friday, Jesus became our sacrifice and gave us salvation.

Suffering  pain, torture, agony and horrendous suffering and humiliation,

He could have called ten thousand angels to come to his aid.

But because of His love for us this was the sacrifice he chose and made.

So appreciate this day in history and be aware of His incredible sacrifice today.

If we could only comprehend his Agape love for us in our puny finite way,

We could then know that as a child of God we have nothing to fear.

Knowing that the Jesus that died for us is always with us here and near.
