Don't say “NO” when God tells you to sow.

Tithing will bless your life, it's the way to go.

If you want to prosper and enjoy your life,

giving your tithe will reduce financial strife.



It's a hard lesson for all of us to learn, I know.

Every time I give my tithe and watch the money go,

I have to remind myself this is the way to please God.

Giving a 10th of my income — to the world is odd.



But, I now know life will be so much more fulfilling.

Not because I gave, but because I was also willing

to trust God and to honor His word to prosper me.

He has, and is daily, to that I will agree.



Although my Social Security check is very small,

this isn't all there is now, a financial miracle I can recall.

It seems God likes to surprise us with a special blessing.

But, it took me a long time to learn this, I am confessing.
