Don’t take your job, things or people for granted, like so many do.

Don’t take your job, things or people for granted, like so many do.

Always being dissatisfied, will bring unhappiness and strife, to you.

So many things and people are in our life only for a season.

They are there to promote us, better our life or another reason.

But if we only knew the purpose for them then and now.

We could appreciate them more and enjoy them and  that’s how.

So many things, people and opportunities we don’t appreciate.

Until that person, job or treasure is gone and then it’s too late.

It’s time to wake up and ‘smell the roses,’ so to speak starting today.

Enjoy this season of your life because things and people are not always going to stay.

When that person or whatever is no longer around for you tomorrow

Many will regret how they treated them with grief and sorrow.

Everything we have today is because we have been blessed.

Some don’t realize the blessings, including me, I’ve now confessed.

That clunker of a car, that dingy home, clothes from a thrift store,’

At the time all I wanted was something new, better and more.

But that season of my life taught me to appreciate what I have now.

Now I am grateful for all the blessings and I thank God daily, that’s how.

God has us all here now for a purpose and ‘life is what we make it’  here.

I admit sometimes we don’t always understand, but Almighty God tells us not to fear.
